I don’t visit many dealerships to compare the experience too. I will say the lobby having small tables out in the open to conduct business with did not feel good. Very unprofessional and less comfortable, no privacy. Rashaad was friendly and not too pressuring, I already knew what car I wanted before visiting the dealership. They could not come down any of the price and could not add any deals like tint, instead offered me a discount that Toyota gets for tint (probably still made more money off me). Luckily they had a 10% sale but only applied it to the MSRP, so not sure it was much of a sale. The time it took to complete the buying process was also very long and didn’t seem very smooth. A lot of sitting and waiting. If they could speed up the process and had offices for the salespeople, it would have been a great experience. More
