They advertised a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid online, so I went up to see and buy the car. It was a mess from the start. The person I made the appointment with, Matt, never even showed up. Then, the woman manager to see and buy the car. It was a mess from the start. The person I made the appointment with, Matt, never even showed up. Then, the woman manager spent 30 minutes saying over and over again "How could this happen?" She became totally flustered. I couldn't have cared less. The big thing was I brought my own financing approval with me. The managers who play your friend in the beginning all of a sudden are saying "You can't do that!!, or "We don't deal with credit unions!' or "We will only take a personal check from you or our financing!", which none is true. Their rate was absurd! I signed up with their rate, and I will refinance before the 1st payment is due. They make money on their financing, and they count on that. They have slick gadgets in the finance department to impress you, and try to distract you while you sign. CHECK EVERYTHING WITH THIS AGENCY!! More
Matt in service and the whole service team goes above and beyond to make sure our cars are well maintained and for a reasonable amount. I don't have to worry about being overcharged or misled when I go to th beyond to make sure our cars are well maintained and for a reasonable amount. 1. Waiting 3.5h for an oil change and a basic inspection, after having scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance is hard to accept and understand. 2. Prices estimated for the break pads, rotor, and spa after having scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance is hard to accept and understand. 2. Prices estimated for the break pads, rotor, and spark plug replacements are double, when compared with a regular garage. 3. But the worst experience is cheating on these reviews. I received an email asking for my feedback after the visit, but when I tried to select 1, 2 or 3 stars, the link got misdirected to a "dealer unknown" page. However, when I tried 4 or 5 stars, I landed here. Basically, the attempts to leave bad reviews are blocked, while good reviews are allowed through. Very deceiving! More
I had an appointment for service and dropped my vehicle off the night before. When I called to schedule I was asked if I needed a loaner call, I then asked if I have an 8:30AM appointment will my vehicle b off the night before. When I called to schedule I was asked if I needed a loaner call, I then asked if I have an 8:30AM appointment will my vehicle be ready by 11AM I was told yes so therefore I opted out of the loaner. When I called around Noon because I still had not been notified my vehicle was ready they told me they were just getting ready to start it. I asked why that was when I had an 8:30 appointment I was told well you dropped it off the night before so you don’t really have an appointment we take people that are here waiting for their vehicle before you and you get pushed back. I then asked why I wasn’t told that because if that was the case I would have taken a loaner car and I was now in a jam without my vehicle. I was told well that’s the way it is I will let management know. That wasn’t enough I get a call from service saying I need my cabin filter and air filter replaced and it will cost Around $156 to replace I at first said yes, less then 1 minute of saying yes I called back and asked them not to do the filters the cost was to high. I was told too late we did it already…. Really within less then a minute you replaced the filters you didn’t even have time to walk back to the mechanic to tell him to proceed. I have been a customer of Morristown Toyota for over 10 yrs have purchased and leased several vehicles, they are no longer what they used to be I used to recommend them to every one. They were always honest and responsive and were always fair with their pricing for service as well as vehicles. They have seemed to jump on the band wagon of over charging for everything. Their attitudes now are basically too bad, they will Find someone else.I went to purchase a new vehicle from them it was a joke the mark up they were charging was ridiculous. I guess the greed out ways the the great customer service they used to provide. Needless to say they lost extremely loyal customer but I’m sure they don’t really care. More

I have no complaints about my car service. However, the car was still wet from the car wash when they delivered it and when the windows dried they were very messy. Also for some reason‘s all my radio stations were reprogrammed and my clock time was changed. This was very annoying. I wanted a shuttle when my car was ready for pickup and was told there was no shuttle space available. When I was immediately able to obtain a ride to Toyota, the shuttle was sitting in the parking lot. I only needed a ride five to seven minutes away. Seems like they could’ve worked something out. More
