They behave as though they service the highest paid community. Replaced a water pump for $1,600. $400 parts list and three hours of labor later. Jared has always been professional, courteous and friendly. Having been a customer service manager in the healthcare field I am very aware of and appreciate customer service. Jared does an excellent job and frequently goes above and beyond to to assure I am informed and in agreement with plan of action and result. I've never had an issue with any service that's been performed by your team and highly recommend them. I also use your courtesy transport team every time. They have also have been professional and friendly. Twice when I unexpectedly needed to leave my car I was given a loaner. I hated this because it was an upgrade from my RAV 4 and I didn't want to return it and they told me I could not keep it in exchange for the RAV! Bummer.
