The finance office wasn’t pushy and didn't waste my time trying to sell me things that I didn’t want for the car. After picking up the vehicle I noticed a minor issue with the smell inside the car which neither I nor the sales staff was able to detect due to the mandatory masks during the entire sales process. I contacted my sales representative Michael Anthony Armenta and he scheduled to have the car’s interior fumigated and even a loaner while I waited for the work to be done. I got the vehicle back washed and smelling brand new! I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience with Toyota of Naperville! More
