Outstanding customer service! I've been to other dealerships in the area but the sales people always made me feel awkward and weren't willing to work with me. Pretty sure it's beca I've been to other dealerships in the area but the sales people always made me feel awkward and weren't willing to work with me. Pretty sure it's because I'm young and I'm a woman. I decided to try the Naperville location to see if maybe I would be treated any different. I walked in and was greeted by Scott and instantly knew my experience here would be different. He took his time explaining everything to me about the car and everything involved. He seemed personable and kind and I didn't feel pressured by him at all. He worked out a great deal with me and everyone that I worked with after him were awesome as well. Scott also sat with me in the car after I purchased and took the time to make sure I knew how to use everything and that if I had any questions, no matter how small, about the car later, I could contact him. I felt happy and confident that I had made a great choice when I drove away. My bf will be returning to buy a car from him as well we were so pleased. Thanks again!!! More
