Closed on the order in a few hours (including financing). All and all, a very smooth transaction. Jacob went out of his way to answer any questions we might have on the vehicle and the process as we went forward. Even arranged for a long-duration (several hours) test drive to help my wife and I really experience the vehicle before purchase (some dealerships give you the "four right turns" test drive). I came to this specific dealership as I have a long-term relationship with different dealership Dan Wolf (owner) also owns. Top notch service. I bought a certified Avalon from this store in April. I drove the car and did a thorough inspection. But it's impossible to see everything.
