Drove 200 mi. for our "perfect" Sienna, was not disappointed My wife and I went online and did a feature search for our "perfect" Sienna. One of the places we found an exact match at was Naperville. After another week of research, we reached out to Naperville Toyota via their web site. Maxine answered m chat, answered all of my questions, and emailed us a quote within the hour. We liked what we saw and drove the 212 miles to Naperville the next morning to take an in-person look at the vehicle. When walking into Naperville's showroom, the first thing you notice is the absolute vastness of the space -- amazing. That said, as funny as it may sound, we first had to ask for the location of their "facilities" since we had been in the car for 3 hours, lol. Brian was the first to offer his services to show us where they were and walking back, you wouldn't have known he was selling cars, no car talk, just friendly casual talk. I could see in the first few seconds that Brian was the one I wanted to deal with. After showing us, it looked like he was about to walk back to the front. That's when I asked him if he happened to be a New Car Salesmen. He said that he was. With a smile I said, "Stay right here, we'll be right back." Brian introduced us to the exact Sienna we were quoted on. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and answered all of our questions. We looked the car over extensively, gave it a test drive, loved it, and ended up purchasing it that day. At two different times we asked if we could talk among ourselves and Brian was more than happy to step away so we could talk. Brian is friendly, has a warm personality, and was, at no point, "high pressure". We would recommend Brian to anyone interested in buying from Naperville.
