I went in for an oil change and came home with a new van My beloved 2008 Sienna van had over 180,000 miles on it. It went in routinely for oil changes and maintenance and was taken care of solely by the Toyo My beloved 2008 Sienna van had over 180,000 miles on it. It went in routinely for oil changes and maintenance and was taken care of solely by the Toyota of Naperville Service Department. The other night I brought it in for one of its oil changes, only to find out that it was getting old and was well used. It needed repairs of $1600, unfortunately. The Service Dept was extremely honest and discussed the possible scenarios with me. I wandered over to the dealership side as I debated and was greeted by Robert Kieda. He was an extremely patient, knowledgeable, and honest Toyota salesman. Robert was not pushy, and actually listened to what I needed from my next potential vehicle. He showed me several options and discussed the pros and cons of each. We test drove a couple of cars and then I made my decision. When I pulled into the service department, I had no intention of driving out in a new van, so needless to say, my van was not cleaned out from a previous camping trip. That was not a problem for Robert, who promptly helped me clean out my entire "lived in" van. He was amazing! In the end, instead of an oil change, I walked out of the dealership with a beautiful new 2017 Sienna van. The Toyota team made each step of the purchase effortless and seamless.
