We ended up having to purchase a car sooner than I wanted to because my daughter got a job and needed to take one of our cars to get to work. I had just started a new business and was hoping to wait another few months when My business could take the expense. Justin found a used car that was in awesome condition and it answered all our immediate needs at a great price. It's great to work with people who listen and try to do the best they can for you. We selected Toyota of Naperville based on BBB reviews and their tenure in the community. Working with Janine was a fantastic experience. She truly owned the process all the way through from start to finish. She was extremely straightforward and made sure that we were comfortable with all aspects of the process. I appreciated her follow up and ability to anticipate what we needed. For us in our late 20s the dealership has stayed on top of modern priorities and Janine's service was incredible. I know we picked not only the right vehicle but also the right car buying experience which is important in making a big decision. More
