From the first moment, Tom made our looking, test driving, selecting and closing the deal very enjoyable. He is a calm, low-pressure person who is there to help. We felt comfortable talking to Tom about our needs and our price objectives. Once I decided that I had to have a red RAV4, he made it his goal to find one for me. He is also the first person to ever offer me an "inbound refundable" option - if he found the car, I could decide to buy, or have my $500 deposit back. Finally, once I made the decision to purchase the car, his explanation of all the features was very helpful. It's only day one with my new car - but this morning's followup call made my day!
