I've worked in the retail and customer service industry for 35 years and recognize and applaud Sam and team during our purchase of my son's Corolla. Sam was professional, a great listener, knowledgeable and created a "no pressure" atmosphere during our transaction. The rest of the team also conveyed the same atmosphere. Toyota products and services sell themselves and each member of the team clearly presented and answered questions regarding them and we never felt any pressure to make a purchase. The consumer can purchase a Toyota at many dealers and outlets. It's the people in those dealerships that make the difference. Sam and her team are a tremendous asset to Toyota of Naperville.
