Honest. Genuine. Fair. The best car-buying experience Honest: I originally inquired about used 4Runner on the lot. They said the vehicle was available. I then learned the car was not available. I immediately thought "Yeah Right!" I thought this was a ploy to get me on the lot. I especially thought this was the case when they offered to sell me a new 4Runner! But during the test drives, Scott Bouma (a real stand-up guy) purposely drove us to the back of the lot to prove that the car was used car of my original inquiry was indeed still there, only now sold. This was very important to Scott to prove this out. Which leads me to my next point.. Genuine: Scott was truly a genuine guy. He was not fast talking or confusing. He was just a genuinely eager salesperson looking to serve me the best way he knew how. My engagement with him on the first visit led me to consider coming back. I continue... Fair As a concession for not having the used vehicle I requested, Scott and the leadership offered me a very fair deal on a new 4 Runner Limited. It was truly a great offer. I appreciated the upfront offer - it saved a ton of time and nerves in the negotiation. More
