My wife and I had a verbal agreement with Tom Gregg to travel approximately 150 miles to Naperviille to purchase a Toyota pre-owned certified vehicle. Tom and his people reneged on this planned meeting. Though Tom stated he would notify us if there were any changes on his end, he didn't. Thankfully, we called ahead of time and found out from a 3rd party that Tom would not be keeping his word. It saved us from making the long trip. Following that, Tom would not return any of our phone calls as we attempted to get an explanation from him as to what happened, and why. More

I was getting my fiancé's Corolla serviced under her 2 year free service plan and decided to go pass the time with a free coffee and look at some cars. We have had great luck with her car and I was between a Toyota and a Honda for my next purchase. Alain V. approached me and asked if I had any questions and I explained how I was in the market for a car and what I was looking for. Honestly I do not think I would have bought a car from any other dealer since I did not need one until October but Alain was honest, friendly, and didn't give me the traditional sales pitch. I work in the retail industry and it was easy to notice that he was genuine and really just wanted to help me out. Alain and his team pulled out all the stops for me and got me an even better price on a Toyota 2014 Corolla that I could find anywhere on the internet.
