My husband and I went in last weekend to look at a car in particular. We had never been to this dealership and was totally blown away by the level of service and professionalism we experienced. Our sales consultant, Kareem Thomas, made all the difference in the world. He was the epitome of professionalism. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. You typically expect pressure, the typical push and game centered salesmanship from dealerships, but it was not like that at all, which was a breath of fresh air. Our experience was comfortable and fun and we ended up coming home with our Toyota Venza. The dealership was amazing and inviting. We recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car, but you can't have a great dealership or a great experience without great people, and Kareem Thomas, made all the difference in the world...we are sure that our experience would have been good, but he made it great and memorable. Because of this, when it came time to buy a new/used vehicle, I called and made an appt. with Dave, explaining to him over the phone the type of vehicle I was interested in and the features that were important to me. When I arrived, Dave had 4 vehicles picked out for me to look at in my price range. We quickly narrowed in on one and took it for a test drive. After purchasing this vehicle, Dave has been great about working through the minor details and questions I have had. A Toyota Corolla was what were we looking at because of it's great fuel economy. They had 15+ of them on the lot. The one which really stood out was the LE Eco. We called over an employee and were offered a test drive. After falling in love with the car, Kris Kosinski was able to help us get a great deal on the new Toyota Corolla. A.J. Reilly was also able to offer a great warranty. It was overall a great experience. More

Believe me, this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have experienced. When we arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us. The paperwork was complete with no “surprise” changes. David Zidlicky was the sales consultant who handled our purchase. He was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He took great care to explain the vehicle’s features to my wife and made sure she was comfortable before she left with the car. We will be back and we’ll send our friends. More
