I did find the experience in completing the paperwork a little long (about 75 minutes from the time I said "I'll buy it" until I was out the door). I had applied for Toyota Credit but had indicated another dealer, Naperville didn't help me try to get that credit app sent to them. If I were in charge I would have picked up the phone and called Toyota Credit for the customer and, with customer permission, had the app sent over. Instead I had to re-apply (and Naperville's application is incomplete, I had to complete the rest of the app verbally, adding to the time). Additionally for some reason Illinois wants to try to charge Missouri's sales tax and then charge me $166 for that priveledge. When you buy a car in Missouri, tax is paid when you register. Naperville over-charged me $80 for the sales tax, which I hope to get refunded someday. Again, overall good experience and a great deal, just some tweaking needed in their finance department. I would recommend them, they were professional but need to better set expectations (charges for out of state and timelines for the transaction). The last car I bought, a Honda, took 30 minutes including the time to do the credit app in the dealership. More

First of all, I have owned a Toyota for over 35 years. The reliability of this brand is outstanding! For the last 20 years I have been purchasing my cars (family's too) from Naperville Toyota. The sales department and service department are excellent. If my car requires more than 1-2 hours of work, I am always able to get a loaner. I recently bought a 2014 Toyota 4Runner but Naperville Toyota did not have the one that I wanted. I called my salesman Kareem Thomas who found the exact car (color, options, etc.) from another dealer and called me as soon as it came in. Even though my car happened to be at a Toyota dealership that was 5 min from my house, I purchased the car from Naperville Toyota. I will not deal with any other dealership!!! More

I am finishing grad school and start my new job in a few short weeks in Chicago. And I need a reliable car for my job. I started my search for the right vehicle at Grossinger, and let me tell you, the image of the typical "in it for myself" car salesman who would sell you anything if it would make a profit was what I experienced at Grossinger. So, I decided for to look for a different dealership experience and noticed that Toyota of Naperville had among the highest Google ratings in the Chicago metro area. So, I went. Although the used car that I initially bought from Naperville turned out to be a lemon, I am rating Naperville a 5 because of how they handled the situation. I was able to exchange my lemon like the deal never happen!! Then buy a car that better fit my needs and interests. Paige listened to what was important to me, helped me out, and the first car salesman that allowed me to call/text her with any issues and on her day off. She really went the extra mile in making sure that I was taken care of, the matter was resolved, and was really friendly in helping me make a great choice. The staff is super professional and I highly recommend coming here to buy your car in the Chicago metro area. Yes, it is not in the city, but it's worth it!! More

I had just bought my first new car from Toyota of Naperville. I wanted the remote start on my car. I had dropped my car off at noon and they said it would most likely to be overnight. Courteous an professional staff made my experience wonderful. So in about 5 hours I have gotten a call to pick up my care. Surprised on how fast they had my car finish. When i came back David had shown me how to use my new remote start. He was so nice to me. I will continue with all of my service threw Toyota of Naperville.. More

This dealership is extremely organized, their website is transparent and provides detailed information on each car they have including mileage and VIN#. I called them and Internet sales manager Shannon Garofalo was very knowledgeable and courteous, she gave me by far the best price on the market. Then Russ Harris took over and showed great knowledge, honesty, professionalism and a rarity - a sense of humor. He used computer and the company IPhone to quickly locate the car(s) I was looking for. I checked out a few new cars and even drove them in the lot and was able to quickly choose the right car. I financed the purchase through Toyota Motor Credit, Russ efficiently entered my information and once the credit score was produced he shared it with me, and even gave a copy of it. Maybe nowadays it is a norm, but 10 years ago some other dealership would not even disclose the credit score. I highly recommend this dealership. More
