I left with a 0% interest Toyota loan and a new 2013 Sienna because of my excellent credit score along with David taking the time to learn my financial status, which this other dealership didn't bother to do. In addition, David was able to offer me a quote on my trade in,which this other Toyota dealership did not bother to do. David has a great personality and made this an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly including the finance person concluding the sale of the van. I visited this dealership due to the great response time from their Internet Sales Department. My experience started with a no pressure conversation about my vehicle needs. Dave Zidlicky was well prepared to discuss my concerns with the pending model change on the Toyota Highlander, and offered pros and cons of purchasing the current model or waiting for the new one to be released. This is the 11th vehicle I have purchased new over the past 18 years, and rate this purchasing event at the top. The facility was clean and well accomodating for my family in waiting. The sales staff was patient and attentive to my needs, while all along working promptly at keeping the process moving along. The final vehicle presentation took place in a private enclosed bay area that truly brought back the romance of buying a new vehicle. I feel the final price negotiated was fair for both parties, and left with the confidence that I received the best deal on the table. I recommend Toyota of Naperville.
