We had the most wonderful experience when we visited this dealer. From the begining when my wife and I tried to select our van until the close of the sale, Kareem was more than a salesman but a person trying dealer. He has become a friend and anytime we need something from the dealer we look for him immediately . Overall this dealer has an exeptional customer service. The cofee is great, the employees are very corteous always asking if you have been helped or if there is anything else you need help with. I visited many other auto dealers but since i entered this one i was convinced that i should not visit any other. I will buy my next car there. Last week i went to get some parts for my van and the same experience repeated again. I got my free cup of cofee from Starbucks ( amazing rigth?) I asked for the parts department to a service rep and he courteously guide me to the window where again another person help me get what i need. Thank you guys for all your efforts. More
