They were very friendly and treated us very well. Larry Dulik was recommended to me by a friend who has bought 3 cars for his family from Toyota of Naperville. I was in a situation where I needed a specific vehicle for very specific reasons, and fortun bought 3 cars for his family from Toyota of Naperville. I was in a situation where I needed a specific vehicle for very specific reasons, and fortunately he had one which met all my needs. But, due to the fact that I was having trouble getting prompt answers from my insurance company, the sale was delayed, and he was very understanding, and assured me that we'd get everything resolved. I went in one day that Larry had a day off, and David Zidlicky took over for Larry. So, I informed him of the situation I was in, and he took me for a test drive and answered a few more questions. I also must mention the Sales Manager, Bryan Lieser for his part, and his patience and understanding in this transaction, as well. Bryan and Larry remained very patient with me, and we finally agreed on a deal that worked for both me and the dealership. All the missng pieces finally came together simultaneously between the dealership, the insurance company, and myself on March 22nd (2013). When I went into John Roncone's office to finalize the paperwork which included some final details on license plates, he was fast and efficient to get all the required paperwork done, and I was able to drive away with a used vehicle which will be perfect for my needs. Larry Dulik and Dave Zidlicky then assisted me in returning the rental car, and I was on my way. My experience with these gentlemen at Toyota of Naperville was the best I had ever had with a car dealership, and I can see why my friend recommeded me to Larry, and I would not hesitate to recommend Toyota of Naperville to anyone I know who is looking for either a new or used vehicle.
