I was nicely shown around,taken for a test drive for my new Toyota Corolla 2013 by MR. Jacob Basathia. He explained all the features & comforts of the new car. He was really nice,polite & friendly. I was deciding between a Honda Civic and a Toyota Corolla and the salesman at Naperville Toyota explained all the great incentives there were to choosing the Corolla. This was by far the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Buying cars has always been a drudgery for me. I have usually been annoyed by some aspect of the process and it usually ha in purchasing a vehicle. Buying cars has always been a drudgery for me. My salesperson, Tim O' Connell, has a forthright and friendly demeanor that put me at ease and let me truly enjoy the purchase of my first new Toyota. As I walked through he door I was met by a very fiendly sales staff. I explained who I was there to meet and Dan greeted me within 3 minute. Dan walked me through the new Tundras and what options were av sales staff. I explained who I was there to meet and Dan greeted me within 3 minute. Understanding that he didn't have what I wanted, he put the order in and kept me in the loop the entire process. When the Truck came in he called and I was in the next day. After giving a fair dollar amout for my trade-in, I was led into the business office to complete my transaction. I did need to return to the dealership one week later for the installation of a bed-liner. In dealing with an unfamiliar service department, I was met by a courteous service manager who got me into my loaner vehicle and back on the road in less then 15 minutes. I was called the next day to let me know my truck was done and ready for pick up. The only draw back was on "pick up", I was hoping for a cleaned/ washed truck, but I will settle for timely service. More
