Harvey Nyien and Mark Witt were patient and professional during the entire process, and made me feel very comfortable and there was never any pressure to close the sale. Suha Oner in the Finance Department was also very pleasant and professional, explaining the different warranty options and once again, there was never any high pressure to buy.
