I originally picked Toyota of Naperville because they had the largest selection of the Prius family cars. I knew pretty much what I wanted. I was helped promptly at the door by Justin. They have a closed test track about 2 blocks away from the dealership so you don't have to worry about test driving in the nightmare rush hour traffic. When I picked the car I wanted, I was guided through the financing options without any trouble and was able to get everything complete in about 2 1/2 hours. More

Harvey was wonderful to work with. I had been searching for a car for a couple of weeks and was starting to get frustrated with the whole process, and was tired of dealing with car salesmen. Working with the people at this location was completely different. They treated me as a valued customer, not a dollar sign they were trying to shake the lost out of. Harvey was fantastic. While his customer service was absolutey exceptional, it was his knowledge and thoroughness that really stuck out the most. Many times he would answer questions I didn't even realize I had until he brought the subject up and definitely made me feel great about leasing a new Corolla. Additionally, his follow up service has been phenomenal as well. It's been one week now since I've left the lot, and Harvey has made it clear that he is always available should I have any questions or issues with the car, and this is something that definitely puts my mind at ease. This was without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of, and I will recommend Toyota of Naperville and Harvey to anyone in the market for a new car. More
