A neighbor had recommended the Toyota of Naperville to us and now I know why. I was hesitant at the beginning since we live in Tinley Park and it was a drive to go up to Naperville to buy an SUV given the f and now I know why. I had gone up to Naperville the week before to check on the SUVs and Dwight greeted me and my 9 year old when we walked in. Even though I explained to Dwight that I am not buying anything at that time, he still showed me the SUV we had in mind and gave me all the information on all the different upgrades that each model had. He was very professional, personable and had a calm and relaxing personality that made you feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions. It was so refreshing to talk to a sales person and not feel so pressured and uncomfortable. He followed up with a phone call a few days later asking if I had any questions that he can answer for us in regards to the SUV. My husband and I went back to see Dwight yesterday and are now the proud owners of another Highlander. I will definitely recommend working with Dwight and that dealership.
