I went to dan wolf toyota of naperville with the sole purpose of getting some service history information on my used vehicle that was purchased at another used car dealer..and i can honestly say that i a purpose of getting some service history information on my used vehicle that was purchased at another used car dealer..and i can honestly say that i am glad that i did...to my surprise i was greeted with a warm welcome...elizabeth was more than happy to make me and my girlfriend feel right at home...she was very sweet, and pleasant...i could tell that she loved her job and her customers...hell, she didnt have to tell me that she did, i could see it in the way she presented herself and dealt with my request!!! we got a nice tour of the place, and even though i was not there to buy a car, i never once felt pressured to have to consider one of their vehicles...it felt like i was a guest in her house...and not just a customer...my experience there was really great!!! i am definetly going to keep going there for the remainder of the time that i own my toyota 4runner, for any service it may need, and eventually to trade it in and do more buisness with them in the future!!! im new to being a foreign car owner, but i must aadmit..i love it!!! thanks again elizabeth! My wife Julie was in a car accident and unfortunately the car was totaled. After finding out this information we were referred to Toyota of Naperville by a close friend of ours over our local dealer in Jolie car was totaled. After finding out this information we were referred to Toyota of Naperville by a close friend of ours over our local dealer in Joliet, IL. We took the trip to Naperville and were immediately greeted by Jacob Basathia. Very pleasantly we asked to speak to the Sales Manager and was graciously taken to him and introduced to Peter Murray. We explained our situation to Peter and he said Jacob would take great care of us. We knew ahead of time we had a limited budget and financial hiccups, so that settled in our mind as we went off with Jacob to look at a 2010 Prius. Jacob was a complete professional the whole way through and walked us through the sales process and test drive step by step. He was understanding of our situation and was very straight forward of all fees, costs, and the final bottom line when it came to what we could afford and our vehicle decision. All the way through from our entrance to Toyota of Naperville to our drive home in our "Newly Used Toyota Certified" 2010 Prius, the experience was top notch! Thank you Toyota of Naperville for providing such a high standard of customer service in a world filled with others of a much lower standard. I found my experience with the Toyota of Naperville's dealership to be very professional, very relaxed environment and caring individuals within this organization. Normally, in dealing with car dealersh dealership to be very professional, very relaxed environment and caring individuals within this organization. Normally, in dealing with car dealerships in the past, it can be a very nervous and tense atmosphere in purchasing a vehicle. Not sure if you are being taken advantage of or feeling the complete truth has not been related to you. All of my questions and comments were answered in a truthful manner by the employees who I encountered on Saturday, July 21, 2012 in which I feel very comfortable in purchasing my 6th Toyota vehicle in the last ( 15 ) years. Great customer service seems to be lost art in America but Harvey Nyien reasurred my concerns by taking the extra mile in the service that was provided to me. I will recommend Harvey and this dealership to all of my family and friends in purchasing their next vehicle / Toyota if applicable.
