This is the second sales experience I've had at Toyota of Naperville, both of which were the best car sales experience my husband and I have ever had! If the original salesman was still there whe Toyota of Naperville, both of which were the best car sales experience my husband and I have ever had! If the original salesman was still there when I bought my Prius 5 years ago, I would have gone back to him. This time we worked with Geoff Sidlow who was great. I was looking to buy either a another Prius or a Camry and Geoff asked and listened to what I wanted and searched for the vehicles that had the packages that met my requirements. Our initial visit was to just look at the new models with an actual purchase a few months down the road. Geoff kept us informed of incentives that came up on the models we were interested in and there was never any pressure or "stalking". I hope Geoff is still working at Toyota of Naperville when I'm ready to buy again! Our overall experience with all Toyota of Naperville staff we encountered was pleasant - even the finance manager doing all the paperwork :) More

This morning [6/14/2013] when I went to buy a new Toyota vehicle from this dealership, from where I bought two new vehicles in the recent years, we were told by the sales person that the sales department ha vehicle from this dealership, from where I bought two new vehicles in the recent years, we were told by the sales person that the sales department has decided not to negotiate the price with us and they will go by the sticker price. I am not sure why they have such a huge facility with so many sales persons if they are not willing to show their products and negotiate the price. More
