Back in December of 2011, I went with my Mom and sister to Toyota of Naperville to test drive vehicles that I might potentially want to purchase in the Spring or Summer of 2012. We worked with Alain Vilma who was a huge help and answered any and all questions we had and said he would be in touch with me around April to see how I was doing and if I had any further questions regarding the car I was anxious to purchase, the Toyota Prius V. I worked with Alain over the phone for many weeks, as I live in Louisiana but was planning to purchase the vehicle in Naperville, since my Mom and sister had had such good experiences when they bought their cars at Dan Wolf Toyota. Alain was extremely helpful and attentive when coordinating things long distance. I also worked with a woman named Shannon who was amazing. She was incredibly friendly and would return my calls in a very timely manner. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. I really felt as though Alain went above and beyond in worked with me to purchase my dream car! He went out of his way to find the exact model I wanted, the Prius V series 3 in pearl white with beige interior. I was thrilled when I got to the dealership to see it waiting for me! I might also add that Alain came in on his day off to test drive the car again with me, answer anymore questions I had and stayed with me every step of the way until I drove off the lot. He was extremely attentive and considerate, even calling me the next day to ask how my road trip was going with my Mom. Thanks to Alain, we had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning to Dan Wolf Toyota for any future vehicle needs, not to mention spreading the word about the wonderful service we received! We also interacted with Push Singh, who was very knowledgeable and explained every detail until my Mom, sister and I all understood exactly what he was saying. He gave us his business card and did not hesitate to respond immediately when we called the next day with a simple question. He was a very genuine and kind person. Lastly, we met with Suha Oner who gave us a lot of helpful advice. He took the time to chat with us and really made us feel welcome. We enjoyed interacting with him a lot. Overall, our experience at Dan Wolf Toyota was very positive and enjoyable. I've had the car for a week now and could not be more pleased! More
