He never was pushy or put the pressure on us to feel like we had to buy that day knowing from the beggining we were in just to look at our options! He kept in mind what we wanted and found us a car that worked out even better financially for us. He was very patient and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision! After realizing that the dealership had technically been closed for about an hour towards the end of the deal,we never once felt like we were inconveniencing anyone. We were very well taken care of and we would most definetly recommend you guys to our friends and family!! More
The experience I had with Toyota/Scion of Naperville was great. There are several reasons for that. The salesman, Kareem Thomas, was polite and helpful. My first visit to the dealership was just to sit in the car to see if the seat height was high enough for me without having to adjust it up or down. I have a left-sided weakness in my arm and hand, so not having to adjust was extremely important to me. Kareem answered all my questions without any pressure. I told him that when I was able to drive, I would be in for a test drive. He was very accommodating and the test drive sold me on the car. I appreciate that Kareem knows his product and is willing to explain its features without the sales pressure I have experienced when I purchased cars in the past. Even after the sale, Kareem has reassured me that if I have any questions or problems to please feel free to contact him. I would say that this has been the best car purchase experience I have ever had! More

Last week our family car was totalled while parked on our street. This was a Toyota Camry that had low milelage and was a great car. As a mom of a young man who has autism, I had the additional problem of street. This was a Toyota Camry that had low milelage and was a great car. As a mom of a young man who has autism, I had the additional problem of trying to replace the vehicle that would be equivalent to what worked for transporting my son places and would be within our budget. Since this was a totally unexpected expenditure and with all the other considerations, I had a big problem. Since I knew of the Wolf family through the Turning Pointe Autism foundation in Naperville, I called and asked for a manager to talk over the situation. I was able to talk to Pat O'Brian, the General Sales Manager, right away about all my concerns especially to get the right sales person who could work with both me and my son who has autism. He told me that was no problem and I should come right in. When I went to the dealership, Kareem Thomas was waiting outside for us. I was able to talk to both Pat and Kareem right away. Kareem listened carefully to both my son and I and asked good questions. Then he found 3 cars that would work for us right away. We were able to go to the test track and try them out. Because my son's height and just being a big guy, we found out that the Corolla was not going to work for him, which meant having to go to the Camry. This would have been an insurmountable problem financially, if it were not for Kareem finding a low milelage 2 year old Camry even in the color we wanted and with the features that would make the ride easier for my son. They stayed within our budget and we got the sale taken care of that day. They went the additional mile of service and took care of getting my rental car returned for me which they didn't have to do but made my life so much easier. A couple of days later I had a small problem with an indicator that was only due to a gas cap not being fully put back on after getting gas. Before I knew that I was quite upset not knowing what was going on...but the good part was that I got to meet the Service Department manager Tom Murray who made sure everything was checked out again and found it was just the gas cap not be put back on right after filling the tank. Omer Aslam also talked everything over with me and answered all my concerns. The most important thing is that now I have the car that I needed and that "feels like home" in the words of my son. He is very happy riding in his new car, and things are getting back to normal in my family now that we have another Toyota...we have had Toyota cars for at least the last 15 years. I also know that whatever we will need as time goes along, the people at Dan Wolf Toyota of Naperville will "make it right" as they said to me. I know people often judge dealers strictly on price, but for our family having a good car dealer is part of our support system...knowing that there are people we can rely on to help us. While we were shopping for a car, what we were looking for was a dealership with a group of people who could be a long term part of the people who help us. The people at this dealership are those people. This dealership is also very clean. They are very organized. They take time to answer questions and go over everything. The people are respectful and helpful. They solved a big problem for us in the way we needed for which we are very grateful to all of the team there. More
