This is the second Toyota certified car I've purchased from this salesman in the last two years. This purchase was an even better experience. Dave was willing to work with me to make a deal, and after the deal was made, continued to go above and beyond, driving me all the way to my house in Oak Park from Naperville on Sunday afternoon after I brought in my trade-in, and personally telephoning me Monday morning about the iPass I left in my trade-in. That is topnotch service - the kind that builds loyalty. When I'm in the market for a new car in the future, I will call Dave first. More
