Dave was willing to work with me to make a deal, and after the deal was made, continued to go above and beyond, driving me all the way to my house in Oak Park from Naperville on Sunday afternoon after I brought in my trade-in, and personally telephoning me Monday morning about the iPass I left in my trade-in.
