Initially, I intended to find a used car to replace my Chrysler that had over 200K miles. I was open and straight forward about what I wanted, and the sales person, Dave, was happy to assist me. I test drove a 2010 Scion xB that I saw from the lot within 5 minutes after I walked in the door. There was no hassle from the sales person, and that was what I wanted. The car was nice, and the experience with Dave was even nicer. I was not comfortable initially with the purchasing process because this was the first time I ever purchase a vehicle, and Dave was very patient the whole time. I even brought my daughter with me, and Dave tried to make my daughter comfortable as well. This dealer has a top of the line facility with WiFi; it even has its own test drive lot so you can test drive with ease. I will recommend this dealer to friends and family. More

Tod Craft is an exceptional "people person" and was great to work with. On a cold December late afternoon 12/31/2011 Tod was outside a long way down the lot. I saw his head look out between the cars and give us a friendly look. The next thing I saw was Tod greeting my wife who was looking over a 2010 van. Because it was so cold, my wife went into the Dealership and Tod got the keys and brought the van to the front door. I have trouble walking with 2 knee replacements and I drove to and parked near the front door. While the van was warming up, Tod was extremely helpful with our questions about the vehicle. First thing though, Tod offered to bring us hot beverages. That was very nice. We asked a few questions and then I went out with Tod to your test track. The van did very well over all the different road surfaces and the hill. After returning to the dealership, Tod told my wife and I all about the vehicle, it's history etc. We purchased the vehicle and are both very happy with it. The finance person Dwight was also very pleasant to work with and was very careful with our documents and explaining to us the finance agreement. My wife and I would be very inclined to work with these Professionals again! More

In addition, the dealership was very comfortable and a proper place to conduct business. The showroom was very cleaned and taken care of. In addition, they have included a comfortable waiting area with complimentary coffee. Compared to previous dealerships we visited, this dealership stood out from the rest.
