As soon as I entered the dealership I was greeted by Bill Lutz. He showed me exactly what I asked for and answered all my questions. We were able to quickly agree on a price and terms of a sale. This was by far the most enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a used car. Even after I had purchased the car the level of service from Bill and Dwight did not drop. We had worked with Kevin in the service department in the past and asked him who he would recommend to work with to puchase a new vehicle. He recommended Dan Gulley and we were glad he did. Dan was very kn past and asked him who he would recommend to work with to puchase a new vehicle. He recommended Dan Gulley and we were glad he did. Dan was very knowledgeable about new vehicles. We thought we wanted a new 4Runner but he suggested that we also test drive a Highlander and Sequoia so that we were sure we were really buying the best vehicle for our needs. We decided on the 4Runner and he was able to quickly locate the vehichle in the area with the interior and exterior colors we wanted. When we showed up for the delivery we knew that we wanted some additional items added (remote starter, paint and interior protector and 3M film for the front end) so Dan introduced us to Eren and David to get a good price. AJ was the person that completed the paperwork and arranged the financing. He also suggested additional coverage we might like to purchase. He was also very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. All in all it was a great experience and would recommend this dealer. More

It is obvious that they are experienced. We visited other dealerships and they did not compare to Toyota of Naperville's level of professionalism. Here is my review. We purchased a Camry 4/d LE: We were treated very well and have a lot of confidence that we received a very good deal and that we bought a great car. The only one issue is the time expended trying to sell us add ons such as rust proofing. But I guess every dealership does that and at your dealership the employees in charge of those sales were very polite and understanding when I said no thanks. Mr. Zidlicky is a great informative sales person and an asset to your Dealership. He patiently tried to coordinate the blue tooth technology prior to my leaving after purchase, which I later learned was a problem with my cell telephone. Also thanks for the plant, that is a nice touch. More
