Jacob Basathia was wonderful for the entire process of buying my new Scion TC. I had every intention of looking at 4 different makes of cars but the great service I got from Toyota of Naperville kept me buying my new Scion TC. Jacob understands how to give a pleasant buying experience, I was so happy at Toyota of Naperville I did not want to go anywhere else. It was the big things like having the car I wanted to the little things like holding the door open for me and having such a clean place of business from the show room to the bathrooms. When I went to the Toyota of Naperville I was warmly greeted my Jacob who held the door open for me. Jacob was very knowledgeable about the TC and was able to answer all of my questions or found the answer immediately. After the test drive on the extremely awesome test track I bought the TC and love it!!! Jacob was great to talk to and I did not feel pressured into buying the car. I would recommend buying your next car from Jacob. My review is not doing his service justice, he was wonderful and I already have recommended him to a couple of friends. The Scion TC is great, the pure pricing ( no price haggle ) makes the process much easier and less complicated and nerve racking, and Jacob and Pat the Sales Manager were great. Kareem Thomas was very friendly. He approached and greeted me as I exited my car. I informed him that I was meeting my parents here and that they were shopping for a pre-owned small SUV type car for m greeted me as I exited my car. After two test drives, my parents really like the Lexus and Kareem went back and forth with Brian with the price and we agreed on the price and Kareem made an easy sale. Kareem was polite, at tentative and very personable eventhough he missed his mom's anniversary the day before. I would recommend him and go back to him myself for future purchase needs. Vi More
