Mrs Clarke, I tried to contact Mr. Darell Thompson (General Manager) to get help to get this transaction done TODAY*. Since he was in vacation, got passed to an "assistant" and passed again to Michel (he told me he was a manager at your dealer). Since I was "out of town customer" and the car was sold this morning, he could not care less about the situation. Again, since I was out of town client, he clearly communicated a "no interest" to do business with this type of client. You (car dealers) do have the upper hand... for now. * I was ready to proceed with the transaction Friday (June 10) (which I stated in my email reply sent Saturday to Mr Thompson). But now the car is gone.
