made a service appointment for 1:30 waited 45 minutes in long line of cars before getting to the one person working. was told that it would be 3 hours for a routine service. My Prius would not start so we had it towed to Toyota of N. Austin. We were never able to speak to anyone- all communications on line. It turned out to be a dead 12 Volt Toyota battery, which had less tha N. Austin. We were never able to speak to anyone- all communications on line. It turned out to be a dead 12 Volt Toyota battery, which had less than 2 years on it, was installed by a Toyota dealer, and was eligible for full warranty replacement. They charged over $265 for a new battery without even checking warranty status, which every Toyota dealer can do. The service advisor did not return calls and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. Still have not arranged for a refund of the warranty work we should not have been charged for. They provide no way to send an e mail to alert them to their mistakes and our overcharge, and won't call back. More

Car price increase over the weekend… after of course you showed interest. Couldn’t get the right info until someone bought the car 5 days later. Hopefully future costumer will read those reviews and stay away when the market will be “more normal” and they (dealers) will be hungry. This situation won’t last forever… More
If I could give them 0 stars I would! My most recent experience was absolutely horrible. From the beginning before I even got out of my car I was frustrated. I felt like I was at a grocery store where they only have 1 register open. It took minimum 20 minutes just for someone to check me in. I never saw or spoke in person or even over the phone, only text, with the representative with my car. I had mentioned I was concerned about my brakes and they took total and complete advantage of that situation and me! They changed my brakes and rotors, which after speaking and showing another mechanic my brake pads didn't need to be done. My brakes where squeaking from the brake dust and just needed to be cleaned off. They also told me that I needed an alignment. My vehicle gave no indication that it needed an alignment, so at that point they're really trying to get money out of me. They also said I needed to flush the brake fluid, which I did not approve. I told them do not do the alignment and to change the brakes (at the time I didn't know they didn't need to be done), turn the rotors, and bleed the system as needed (that is not the same as flushing the brake fluid). My whole total, even after a small discount, was over $650. Which even for and oil change, brakes (which didn't need to be done) , and flushing my brake fluid (which i did not ask for them to do) is ridiculous. It also took them 6 hours. I will never step foot at this dealership again and will telling my friends and family to do the same. I will be writing more reviews and calling their customer service line as well. More

Today, my scheduled 35K service appointment was lost. The line was quite long, and it took them over three hours to just ROTATE THE TIRES. Once I just decided to leave without the service, I was told “we’ve been trying to reach you, your car is ready”. My phone never rang, it’s not on vibrate, there was no message, they have my phone number. For Toyota service, I recommend going elsewhere. I’m really unhappy about the new owners, their service is awful. The WiFi? Forget it, not working. Their comment: “yeah, we’ve been having problems with the WiFi”. Lucky in Service helped me, he was the only aspect of the dealership that they can be proud of today. More

Had my vehicle a whole week to be serviced and some the service wasn't even done. 2nd time I've taken vehicle in for oil change and 2nd time they have tried to charge me for a service I did not request. They forage your signature on the tablets to make it seem like you did request and ok the services to be performed and then when you get your final bill at the end you see the additional charges. I may be a woman but I ain't stupid. More
Very poor customer service. No plates since march 8th no title & no callbacks. Bad dealer customer service. Title has not been transferred according to Travis county but the dealership has no knowledge of doing this or even how to get real plates. I would never recommend this dealer. More
Worst experience ever! !!! Left car overnight to get get diagnosed and coordinator couldn’t be bothered to call me, but was happy to quote me $5000 for a job that could have !!! Was sent to one voice mail after another only have to get it towed to another shop. Then this service station did everything they could to stall and not release to the tow truck and not give me my car back. So not worth the effort!!! More
