The salesperson drove the car to my home and I tested it. There was very little going back and forth on the sales price. I already had approved financing with my CU. The only thing I did not get was Sirius. One of the representatives told me he could tell me how to get the service from some connection so my cell would not be tied up but he never did. I did get a unexpected cut on the price we agreed to and that was great. My issues: There was no manual in the car. I asked Terrelle, the sales person for one and am still waiting. On May 29, I asked Sergio about the warranty and was told by text that it was 60,000 3 years. On June 22, I texted Sergio again to ask about the key connection and manual but did not receive a response. I called last week and told the receptionist I wanted to speak with someone other than the people I had been communicating with. I spoke with another rep and told him I had no warranty papers and he said to come in and they would go over it. I told him I was in my 70's and did not plan on that due to COVID-19. He said he would have someone call me. Nothing so far. I was told because it was a used car I had to purchase the other key as there was only one. I have never had to purchase a second key for all the used cars I have purchased. My CU paid cash for the vehicle. Why do I have to purchase a key, for any reason. He said I could get the dealership rate and he would give me the number. He never did so when I called about the warranty I asked about this and was given the number. $225 to get a second key I should be entitled to free. From May 29 til today I do not have a manual, warranty information or second key. I have waited to complete this survey hoping these issues would be resolved by now. I am very happy about the car I purchased and have no problems with the dealership. More

Maund Toyota In Austin Chose Maund Toyota because they had a large inventory of cars and especially one with the options I was looking for. Went to their website and filled in the 'interested in this car" stuff. Got a call from Jill Reenan who I believe was the internet sales person. She immediately said she would take 2500 off the car price without me asking. Off to a good start! Jill is a high energy/very organized person, She did slow down a bit when I needed her to explain stuff. She knew her stuff and didn't spew any BS. Note to the military folks, if you want the $500 military discount, you must finance through Toyota. I had pre-arranged financing through Capitol one at a lower rate. Their rate was 4% +, which in my opinion is high. The process was relatively painless, worse part was the wait between being handed off to other people. Sales to finance to sales. The entire process from drive in to drive out took 3.5-4 hours. Freakin exhausted by the time it was done. So tired I forgot to ask for a free Toyota ballcap or coffee cup. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jill Reenan. More
