He did what it took to make sure my extended warranty paid their part so that when I arrived that afternoon to pick up my car all I had to worry about was the extra that I agreed to. From the time arrived to my appointment to the shuttle ride and the pick up everything was so smooth. I was so hesitant about taking my car to be repaired because of a another bad experience at another dealership I was not looking forward to taking my car in. Getting my car diagnosed and repaired was quick and the service guy was not pushy (trying to sell extra things) when he called to tell me what I needed. This experience has changed my mind for sure. Great old fashioned service! I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was very satisfied with the deal I got and the service after the sale. The sales manager Brent Williams called me to make sure he could help with the process. I have a relative in the car business and when I gave him the numbers on my trade in and purchase price he told me "that is a very fair deal". Simon Perez, the salesman was a pleasure to work with and they had me out the door with my vehicle in under an hour. I had a minor issue with the vehicle that was not covered by warranty. When I called Brent several weeks later the first thing he said was "bring it in we'll take care of it". It was a pleasure working with Simon and Brent and I highly recommend this dealership. More
