Painless Experience! Found the vehicle we wanted on line. Called and talked to Lorenzo and asked him for his best price. While I was waiting for an answer I filled out cre Found the vehicle we wanted on line. Called and talked to Lorenzo and asked him for his best price. While I was waiting for an answer I filled out credit app online. He called me back with his best deal. I went online and got three other quotes for identical vehicles from 3 large volume dealers from around the state. Lorenzo and Charles Maund by far had the best price. I called Lorenzo back set up a time we would pick up the vehicle in Austin and put down a deposit on my credit card. When we arrived at the dealership Lorenzo showed us the vehicle which matched the vin# we had made the deal on. We drove around the block to check out the vehicle, went back inside met the sales manager Tim Williams. Tim showed us down the hall to meet with the finance guy to sign paperwork. No hassles, No Pressure, Everything was as promised. We when came out, they even reminded me they owed me my credit card deposit back, which they promptly refunded. We were in and out with our brand new 4runner in less than 1 hour. Best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I buy a lot of cars. More
