He explained everything in detail and was incredibly patient and willing to answer any of our questions and concerns. He was clearly knowledgeable and experienced with information about all the cars! Additionally, he ensured that there would be no issues during the process of purchasing our new car by giving us beneficial and useful advice, and put forth a lot of effort to help us. He guided us to out ideal car, explained every detail about the car, it's functions, and it's benefits. Nothing was left unanswered, and we couldn't have asked for a better employee to work with. Hieu Nguyen was very helpful and friendly, and it was a wonderful experience! We are incredibly grateful for his efforts! :D More

Battery Replacement My battery had failed and I took it in for a replacement. I had 1/2 of the warranty left on the battery although it was in the car when I made the pu My battery had failed and I took it in for a replacement. I had 1/2 of the warranty left on the battery although it was in the car when I made the purchase of the vehicle from Charles Maund. I was given the new equivalent battery at 1/2 off as a result. I had no idea that I even had a warranty on the battery and expected to pay much, much more. Service was quick, personnel friendly, and certainly fair and above board with the service as has always been my experience at Charles Maund Toyota. Good people providing the best service for their clients. I'm so glad they are not only MY dealer, by my service folks too! More
