Bait and switch deal on oil changes. $49 advertised… extra for 4.7 engine. 2 extra quarts cost 30 dollars more and took 2 and 1/2 hours to change my oil, with an appointment. Incompetent staff, I went in for a regular service appt at 7am. I was the 3rd person in line and it took them 3 hrs to do the service which was only an oil change and alignment. at 7am.
