Toyota of North Austin - Service Center

I brought my 4Runner in for an alignment. Toyota wasn’t able to get the caster in spec. My truck has a 1.5 inch lift so it should t be hard to achieve. The before after adjustment was almost Toyota wasn’t able to get the caster in spec. My truck has a 1.5 inch lift so it should t be hard to achieve. The before after adjustment was almost no different than the before adjustment so I’m not really sure what they were doing with my truck for over 4 hours. I left the dealership with a bad alignment and $80 lighter in my pocket. It’s obvious my truck had a small lift so if you’re not cable of aligning lifted vehicles then tell me at the door so I don’t waste my time and money. Really not satisfied with the service. More

Had oild change, tire rotation and brake fluid replacement done in an hour and a half. That's great..Jared got my phone out of the car when I fotgot it as they took it back for service.
