Worst service experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. Car had a damaged tire which had to be ordered and replaced. Was texted at 2:30pm that the car was ready, went to dealer at 3:30 and was told that th Car had a damaged tire which had to be ordered and replaced. Was texted at 2:30pm that the car was ready, went to dealer at 3:30 and was told that the car was in fact NOT ready, The 12 volt battery had for some reason died while there over the weekend, and was being recharged and diagnostics run. I was told to wait an estimated 30 minutes more. I waited over an hour with no additional info, finally flagging down the service persona and they had no idea when it would be finished. The car was not ready until nearly 6PM. There was a lack of communication at many levels, nobody seemed to actually know anything. Compared to Cedar park Toyota, the service waiting area is small and shabby with few amenities. All in all it was a super frustrating experience and total a waste of my afternoon. I will not be returning to this dealer for any service or sales. More
Made an appointment for an oil change at 11:45, the oil change took over 4 hours to complete. That is a ridiculous amount of time, what is the point of an appointment then? Dealership good service but missing deliver the multipoint inspection report. When I asked the report, the attendant don't know what I'm talking about.
