Rafael was incredibly helpful. I purchased my car at a different dealership however I bring it here for the service and he is so wonderfully helpful and kind. He always takes care of me and makes sure that I am on the road and safe! I appreciate this so much, he is unaware but I have had some pretty bad experiences with dealership service departments and he tops them all without having to try. It’s a nice breath of fresh air. Jared my service advisor was awesome He explained everything and filled me in on other things my car needed. I had an appointment at 4:00 PM and the service adviser - Matthew Storalz told me I had to leave my car over the weekend for an oil and filter change and could not give me a ride. Purchased our 2001 Sequoia from this dealership and have always had the vehicle serviced at same. The service department has generally been a painless experience. Disappointed is an understatement. I made the appointment and was told my service would not take more than an hour and a half. Upon arrival, I was told the same…. The service took a total of 3 hours to complete and there was zero communication during the process. This is after being told it would only take an hour and a half. I asked my service tech for simple request upon arrival, and that was to give me two transactions- one with my tire rotation and oil charge (to be paid with my company card) and the other being with my windshield wipers (to be paid with my personal card). The service tech had not completed that task and took an additional 25 minutes to complete. The tech kept on insisting on me paying with one transaction, I told him “no” from the start. The task should have been simple, it took him way too long to complete after my car was ready, adding more time to how long I already spent there. He left me waiting at the register the entire time and did not communicate he was having problems by separating the transaction. Communication would have been great as I had already lost my patience with the entire process. Once I got to my car and got on the road, I noticed they pushed my side mirror in and did not open it back up, just adding more to my bad experience. It just shows a lack of attention to detail by the service agent. More
