Toyota of N Austin recently took over from Charles Mande and will not honor the lifetime alignment contract Charles Mande made with me. Shows lack of customer loyalty. To be fair, this dealer performs the service work well, albeit a bit slowly (1.5 hours for an alignment and over two hrs previously for an oil change). More
Very disappointed in the shuttle service, and the actual vehicle service. Communication was very poor, both services took unexpectedly long when told otherwise. I made the appointment with an estimate of 1 hour of labor when I called to make the appointment and ordered the parts myself ahead of time from Zach. Unfortunately I was told after dropping it off that labor when I called to make the appointment and ordered the parts myself ahead of time from Zach. Unfortunately I was told after dropping it off that it would take 2.5 hours of labor, more than double the cost, and that this is the “standard time” to replace two oxygen sensors. They were VERY rude when I inquired about all of their recommended repairs and declined service, one female employee even called me a “bruja” (witch) talking to another employee when I was picking up my car. They also claimed that two tire sensors were “missing”, if you don’t know tire sensors are INSIDE a tire so they cannot just fall out or go missing without a large hole being in the tire. Not to mention I had taken it to a mechanic one week earlier for a diagnosis and had all 4 sensors, we just knew one or more were defective but they were THERE. This place tries to take advantage of you at every turn and don’t stick by any of their promises. I don’t know if they saw a young woman or do this to everyone. I went somewhere else in Austin and had the service done for a fraction of the price in under an hour. Especially disappointed because my family has exclusively bought Toyota’s and now as a young adult female I will not continue this tradition! More
My Service Advisor Matt Stolarz is awesome. He got my Lexus in for an oil change and service and didn’t have to wait long. Matt is friendly and really made me feel at home.
