We are disappointed to hear you did not a good experience with us. Unfortunately the work that needed to be done for your recall takes longer than 2 hours. We do our best to make sure our customers are taken care of correctly and timely. We are also one of the only Toyota dealerships that takes walk-ins. We know that things can happen suddenly and we don't turn people away just because they don't have an appointment.
