Time management sucks Customer Service Sucks The ladies to pay the bill, were the only ones who had customer service very friendly. The thing I didn’t like personally nothing was said about my vehicle, Other dealerships give a automized description on ur vehicle and videos of what was done not this dealership they could care less here’s your paperwork goodbye. This Dealership needs help. They need to put an undercover person to come in and witness some things being done overall. More

I did not expect this kind of service from an official dealer. I brought my Toyota RAV4 (5,000 miles) in for routine maintenance, and my metal valve stem caps were stolen and replaced with cheap plastic o dealer. I have before and after photos, as well as a photo report from the service advisor confirming the switch. If they can steal something as small as this, who knows what else they might steal or do incorrectly? Very disappointed with this level of service. More
The wait time was a bit long, but the service was excellent. I recently had to replace my car battery because it was dead, and since it was still under warranty, they replaced it at no cost. Specifically about the service department: always ask for them to explain the bill, before you pay. There are extra fees that are never quoted. My visit was not good. I was told a 2 hour wait when I booked my appointment for an oil change and filter replacement. After nearly 3 hours I checked in with my service r I was told a 2 hour wait when I booked my appointment for an oil change and filter replacement. After nearly 3 hours I checked in with my service representative, Joseph. He told me my vehicle was still being worked on. I asked him how much longer cause this wait time seemed excessive. He said I don’t know where in the process they are but it’s being worked on. I then asked him if he could please check into it please he then became pretty irritated and proceeded to yea of coarse I can in an angry tone. I stood and waited for him to come back he then pushed the door open so hard and fast I was struck by the door . My hands were swollen and I was rattled and in pain. He never apologized instead he ran away avoiding me. Another employee who saw the entire thing I think his name was Blair he went and got an ice pack for me . Finally Joseph returned only to tell me that the work was just now started!! What was my car doing for 3 hours then??? I told him it’s not acceptable. He then said he’d go get a manager as he huffed and puffed away. I was made to feel like I was the problem, I was injured by him with no apology or concern . I understand ppl have bad days and things sometimes take longer than expected but 3 hours!! For an oil change! I left in tears with a hand injury. I was charged the full price to boot. $240. I have never had such a terrible experience at a dealership . Not acceptable at all! I have prepaid 2 more oil changes and I don’t plan on going back! I’d rather go to my local shop near my house where I’m in and out in 30 /40 minutes and am treated with respect. Terrible day . I feel I deserve to be compensated for my time and the foul attitude I dealt with . My hand is sore and I’m a very unsatisfied customer . More
