Matt patiently showed me the car then showed it again to my wife and children who peppered him with questions. He did a fine job. Chris worked with me to reach the best deal and thoroughly explained everything. They couldn't get the plate off of my trade in and while they were working on it, Chris took time from his busy day to check on me and provide updates. This all after the sales was completed. A class act. Still getting used to the Rav4 Hybrid but so far, I really like it. It's more fun to drive that I expected and is loaded with features. Michael was very knowledgeable, patient with me, and no high pressure to buy. He never made me feel as though I HAD to buy a car that day. Michael is exceptional and was a dream to work with . 5 stars to John Montera!!!The young man who greeted us when we parked our car and then walked with us all over the lot trying to find me exactly what I was looking for. John was extremely professional and patient and he answered all my questions and he spent almost 2 hours with me walking the lot and finding the car I wanted. I was able to take the car out for a test drive and remember, I was only looking.I told myself I was not buying a car that day!!! There was absolutely no pressure from John to buy that day. Very people oriented! 5 stars to Janelle Harris who took care of the paper work and was a pleasure to work with, she knows her job and is very detail oriented, a true professional . Janelle's attitude is pleasant and caring and she shows it. She was very patient and explained all the paper work I had to sign and also took her time to load my Bluetooth, showed me how to set my radio and also showed me several other things I needed to know about my new car.
