He was very thorough and patient with all our questions. He made us feel like family. I really like the friendly environment and the play room which is important with small kids. Kim was very diligent and even next day papers to my husband who was out of town so we could complete our purchase. We are loving our new car. Thanks Toyota of North Charlotte!!! More

Initial service appointment Dealership was totally flexible with respect to my having to reschedule my service appointment and pull it up a day. Got there about ten minutes befor Dealership was totally flexible with respect to my having to reschedule my service appointment and pull it up a day. Got there about ten minutes before my appointment time and within two or three minutes Will Gaddy was making contact, collecting information and getting the vehicle into the service area. Waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. Service took a bit longer than I expected but one of my issues was an intermittent electrical problem in the cruise control stalk. Issue would not present itself during analysis but a new part was ordered to correct the problem. More
