I then stopped at Toyota of North Charlotte and was blown away by what they offered, their prices, and, especially their service and friendly manner. I I was very impressed with Edward Oblity (Product Specialist) who showed me the Corolla Super Premium (2015) and which I ultimately - within two hours!, purchased. I was was also particularly impressed by Nicolette Glaspey with whom I worked out the deal and with Shaderria Terry who instructed me where to sign - I forget how many times. Overall. I am THRILLED with my purchase and would HIGHLY recommend the aforementioned individuals as well as heir employer. I look forward to to working with them and would highly recommend Toyota of North Carolina to friends and foes alike! More
Customer Satifaction I went to Victory Chevrolet and they told me I needed a co signer and $2,000.00 down and the dealership over there was not very helpful. I saw a commercial on tv getting ready for work and it offer no money down. I went over to Toyota of North Charlotte after work and was actually looking for a PT Cruiser or a HHR and ended up purchasing a 2008 Saturn Sky. I am very satisfied with the deal. I did it with a trade in and no money down, signed the papers and drove off in my cool car. I am also the talk at work with my co workers, they want a car like mine. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mike Brown who I initially was dealing with was very helpful and get me into my car then I also want to thank Jackie Crane for calling me back and giving me a lower interest rate and a lower car payment. PRESSURED!!!!!!! I had to ask more than 15 times to get in writing the price of the new 2015 Toyota Corolla and the interest rate!!!!! I was PRESSURED, I repeat, PRES I had to ask more than 15 times to get in writing the price of the new 2015 Toyota Corolla and the interest rate!!!!! I was PRESSURED, I repeat, PRESSURED by Mike and Brian to buy the car on the spot. Repeatedly I told them I wanted to go home and compare their price with the other prices I had been given, but they didn't want to listen to what I had to say. FINALLY, after being there for 2 hours, they wrote down the information I requested. The next day I went back to purchase the new Toyota Corolla. They announced my name over the intercom and congratulated me for the purchase of a new 2015 Toyota Corolla. Within a minute, after I was congratulated over the intercom, the monthly price jumped up more then $50!!! I was told they "forgot" something. When I mentioned how much pressure his salespeople put on me, he laughed and said he was pressuring them to sale cars. Well, all that pressure they tried to put on me, DIDN'T work at all!!!!!! I happily and peacefully purchased a new 2015 Toyota Corolla at the dealership in Gastonia WITHOUT any pressure at all. More

The reasons we go back to Toyota of North Charlotte We have bought 5 cars from Toyota of North Charlotte, 4 of which were from Steve Gregory. I don't know if we would have been back there if Steve was not the salesman. Steve is a no-nonsense salesman that knows his products and understands the buyers. Steve has a genuine concern for the buyer's perspective and we appreciate the guidance he has provided. While the paperwork is a royal pain, David Watts in Finance took a lot of the sting out of it. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient in the process. This is why we continue to be loyal customers. It's the people that make the dealership what it is. More

Chris Wickson was most helpful and transparent in the financial discussions and seemed the most willing of all the dealerships I contacted to make a deal that worked for both of us. The deal was made and agreed upon over the phone without a visit. The next day when my wife, daughter and myself arrived to pick up the car everyone was prepared for our visit. Chris was there and very gracious. Victoria Seacrest was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the features and operations of our new car. She was very knowledgeable of all the features and did a great job in explaining them in a way that we understood. David Watts was very helpful in concluding all the paperwork promptly and correctly and also helped acclimate us to the vehicle and it's features. David also has been diligent in following up with us a couple of days later to make sure everything is perfect and we are satisfied with everything. I have purchased many cars in my life and this has been the best experience ever. More
