Excellent service department!!! I always have my Camry serviced here. The last time I was there I need to get home to complete an assignment for class and it was late in the evening. I always have my Camry serviced here. The last time I was there I need to get home to complete an assignment for class and it was late in the evening. I was having my car inspected...I needed new tires....I knew it was about time for that...but wasn't exactly prepared to wait there too long...Connor McCullough arranged for the shuttle to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. Because of his willingness to share that this was a service available to me I was able to complete my assignment and have my car serviced, inspected and get my new tires! I wasn't aware that there was a shuttle service... The service department has serviced my car for 3 years and EVERY TIME I am there they treat me like a new customer as far as the excellent service...they also treat my needs as if it were their own needs. I have been in the car business before in sales, but have since changed careers and am currently a nurse. ..I can tell you one truth....THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT CAN MAKE OR BREAK THE SUCCESS OF A DEALERSHIP! With that said...this dealership is doing it right! Please be encouraged and keep up the good work! The complementary car washes are an awesome touch! More
