My most recent visit involved brake & traction control system issues. My service advisor for this visit was ASM Ty Cooke. He was very helpful, personal, and more importantly, honest & forthright in his explanation of my problems and the suggested coarse of action. I expect, and appreciate when a business can deliver this type of customer care. Thx to Toyota of N. Charlotte and Ty Cooke !! I will certainly be returning for my future service needs !! More

The service seemed alright, although it was our old Toyota of North Charlotte. The next time we took a car in, the personnel had drastically changed and the service was mediocre, at best. Now we drive the 200+ miles back to Toyota of North Charlotte. We carefully plan other needs and activities around the trip. The effort is worth the peace of mind. More
