WARNING!!!! SALES REP. WILL ASK OUT YOUR WIFE FOR DRINKS!!! On April 30th, my wife and I went to Toyota of North Charlotte looking for a Highlander to lease. It was weird that the sales guy dealing with us, did On April 30th, my wife and I went to Toyota of North Charlotte looking for a Highlander to lease. It was weird that the sales guy dealing with us, didn’t seem interested in selling or leasing on the last day of the month. Considering that the vehicle was going to be for my wife, we provided her personal information for business purposes (to lease or buy a car). Our surprise was that next day, Carlos Sunsin (Sales Specialist), was texting my wife about giving her a good deal if they went out for drinks, he made it clear twice. My wife got really upset because he attempted to coerce her into doing something she didn't want to do in order to get the deal she was looking for. I went to the dealer and spoke with the General Manager (Bob Siviglia) about Carlos behavior, I explained him the unprofessional and disrespectful incident. He said he was going to address the issue with him and let me know the outcome. On May 1st, I decided to email the General Manager, to put in writing what had happened and asking for an update; he replied “looking forward to speak with you soon”. Five days passed with no answers, on May 6th I emailed back asking for the outcome. It’s been more than a week since my last email with no reply. During my visit the General Manager didn’t even apologize for his employee's unwelcome, unprofessional and disrespectful actions, this behavior is unacceptable and No woman deserves to be treated that way. Hope this is helpful to others. More
