Nice car, poor customer service My son really liked the 2013 Camry he bought. However when the product specialist tells you the car has floor mats and a 12 month or 12,000 mile warra My son really liked the 2013 Camry he bought. However when the product specialist tells you the car has floor mats and a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty up front and then are told something completely different when signing all the paperwork that is wrong. Very disappointed in how his was handled by the salesman. No floor mats and the warranty was cut in half!!! More

Chip was unpleasant, very disappointed with the finance department. We waited for hours and no ones would come over to help us while Jaimie was handling another sales. The first person who greeted us at the door and took us around to see the cars was not very knowledgeable on the Toyota cars. We would like to come back in the future to buy another Toyota from your company if we will be treated better this time and hopefully will not be waiting for 4 hours. Customer Service should continue after purchase. I bought a 2018 Toyota and leased one all in the same day.
