There are nice barriers between work table areas and the TV set, so time waiting can be productive with a laptop. Ordinarily the service is prompt and uneventful, and the car has been problem free for 10 years. This time I needed some more extensive maintenance, and I got good and balanced counsel from Mr. Montalvo: he weighed the pros and cons of having the work done in a balanced way. When it became clear that my appointment would take longer than originally scheduled, Mr. Montalvo offered me a shuttle so that I could have a productive day. The service was prompt, courteous, and well coordinated from checkin to payment. More

I scheduled an appointment to look at the Tacoma TRD Pro for Sunday 6/11 but happened to be near the dealership on Saturday evening so decided to swin I scheduled an appointment to look at the Tacoma TRD Pro for Sunday 6/11 but happened to be near the dealership on Saturday evening so decided to swing by. I knew it was close to closing time (it was a little before 9pm) but they were as welcoming and accommodating as if it were 9am. Chris Supple asked one of the sales persons to show me the truck while they evaluated my trade. Matthew was very knowledgeable about the truck and the features and when we got back from the test drive they had the trade evaluation completed and the numbers available to proceed with the new truck. Having purchased other vehicles from this dealership previously and the research I had done after making the appointment, I knew the figures presented were very fair. While waiting for the Finance Department to get the paperwork ready, they had the new truck detailed and pulled around. I will continue to support Toyota of North Charlotte because they value my time and my wallet. This is how every car buying experience should be! More
